This is where ideas are kept warm until they’re ready to fly. Bring the half-formed thought, the thing you tried that worked, and especially the thing that didn’t — around here, “this failed and here’s what I learned” is the most valuable post in the room.

Introduce yourself — add a picture and a little about you and your interests to your profile. Tell us what you manage, how you think, and one thing you’d like to be asked about.
Get to know the huddle by browsing discussions already underway. When a post is useful, honest, or made you think, use the 
to say so — candour gets rewarded here, not punished.
Join in — comment, share your own experience, ask the question you think is too obvious (it isn’t), or offer feedback. Before posting, please read the Community Guidelines — they’re short, and they’re how we keep this a safe place to be honest.
